The Student Registration/Travel Grant Program supports interest, learning, and connection to the psychiatric pharmacy profession by supporting student attendance at the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists (AAPP) Annual Meeting. Applications are accepted in early January of each year and are available thanks to the generous support of the AAPP Past Presidents’ Destiny Fund and AAPP members.

The Outcomes Initiative funds high quality research that supports the integration of psychiatric pharmacists into mental health care teams, Substantial awards support retrospective studies on issues important to the profession and larger multi-year studies that generate high-quality large sample size (n) data sets that evaluate the impact of integrating psychiatric pharmacists into team-based mental health care.

The Practice Expansion Grant program seeks to advance the profession by funding quality improvement projects and practice expansion projects that increase access to care and patient outcomes for those living with mental health disorders, including substance use disorders.
